From brief to deliverable.

Event brief
We discuss the event, the coverage you need, and any operational constraints such as timings, restricted areas, and coordination with other suppliers. For weddings and private occasions, we agree a shot list in advance.

Site assessment and permissions
We assess the venue for airspace restrictions and operational considerations. Some venues and event types require advance notification or permissions, and we handle this as part of the planning process.

Coverage on the day
We arrive prepared, work to the agreed plan, and adapt to conditions and timing on the day. We operate with minimal disruption to the event and coordinate with other suppliers where needed.

Editing and delivery
Imagery and video are edited and delivered in the agreed format. Turnaround times are confirmed at the briefing stage.
